I evaluate your technology environment, systems, processes, infrastructure, vendors, security, costs, and current plans to identify:

- Inefficiencies and unnecessary complexity
- Redundant systems or spending
- Gaps in capabilities or planning
- Opportunities to improve existing technology
- Scalability concerns that could limit future growth

The objective isn't to replace technology simply because something newer exists. It's to understand what's working, what isn't, and where change will provide meaningful business value.
